What if a store doesn't have the items I ordered?

We'll give you a call and ask if you'd like to either pick out a replacement item or cancel your order. We can either quickly invoice or refund you if there is a price difference for your replacement product.

Where are my products coming from?

We pick up our deliveries at either Polaris Fashion Place or Easton Town Center. This means, if you are checking store inventory, check with the Polaris or Easton location.
